"Best endurance fuel on the planet"

Have been using the vfuel endurance drink and vfuel gels in training for the Breca Wanaka swimrun race in March. It will be challenging as you have to carry all your own nutrition with you. As it’s a 47km run and an 8km swim the quality of nutrition is paramount. Vfuel has well and truly lived up to its promise of being the best endurance fuel on the planet.

I’ve been using VFuel for over 12 months now and like how the Endurance drink sits with me while out on the trails. I’ve used VFuel Endurance Drink and gels for Blackall 50, Glasshouse trail events, Mt Buller Sky Run and UTA100. It will be with me throughout Tarawera, 6ft Track Marathon and UTA100 again this year.
I appreciate the fact I can get electrolytes and quality calories in one easy drink. It’s my go to mix in the 2 soft flasks on the front of my vest. The gels are different from others, they’re easily digestible and the flavours are a refreshing change.

"Coast 2 Kosci success"

I took a leap of faith by switching fuelling brands a month or so before my first attempt at Coast 2 Kosci. I had no time left to test how it would go deep into an event I was trying to avoid the malabsorption I normally experience. So glad to say that the fuelling strategy I went with kept me going for nearly 46 hours, no issues, and played a big part in being able to receive a c2k Akubra. I alternated between a vfuel gel and an electrolyte tablet every 45 minutes, consistently for the duration of the event. I also used plain water and a weak mix of vfuel mix, and had some real food every 3 hours. After years of trying to bed down a fuelling strategy which works for me I think I've finally nailed it!
